What is a Creation Station?

 

Our creation stations are not just arts and crafts.  Our creation stations are an interactive area where kids can create a project to take home as a keepsake from your event. You provide a 6ft table, we will provide the rest!   

 

Children love to create, experiment and use their imagination.  Our creations bring out the originality in each child. It's a great  idea that is unique and fun for a variety of ages!  

 

You can choose the creation you want (see pictures above and selections below) and make your event unique. Each creation station includes an attendant who will set-up the station, assist guests, and completely clean up everything afterwards. No mess, no fuss. 

 

There are approx. 8-10 spots at our stations where kids can work on their craft at the same time.  Once one child is finished, another can take a turn at the station.  The time it takes a child to complete a craft varies greatly depending on their age, attention span, amount of cotton candy in their system and other factors. It averages 15 minutes per craft, per child. Some less, some more.

 

PRICING is calculated based on 4 factors:

1. How many tables/craft choices (or set-ups as we call it)? 

A set-up is the table, tablecloth, a uniformed attendant, containers for supplies, decor for each table such as placemats or trays, and any other items that are necessary for one complete creation station set-up. You will need one set-up per craft option you choose because each craft requires different art supplies.  Also, if you are expecting a large number of children you may want to consider multiple tables so more children can do the craft at the same time.

Each set-up is $260 which includes the attendant to set it up, help the kids and clean up afterward. This is based on 1 hour.

2. Time.

One hour is included in our table set-up rate.  If you would like additional time, we charge $50hr per table.

3. How many crafts you will need for your event.

We charge $6.25 per child for supplies in addition to the set-up charge mentioned above.

4. Travel and holidays.

If your event is in Miami-Dade or Palm Beach County, there is a $35-$45 travel fee. 

There is a $75 Holiday fee for events held on holidays and holiday weekends. Some examples are: Easter weekend, July 4th weekend, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween or the weekend before Halloween as well as December 23-26, 31 and January 1st. This is because we would be pulling our staff away from their families during holidays.

So for example, if you have 20 kids for a party in Hollywood and you want the creation station there for 1 hour, here is your breakdown:

$260 plus $125 (20 kids x $6.25 each) Total=$385.

Want it for 2 hours? Add $50.  Total=$435.
